1. Use of Services
You agree to use NeuroSpark+ Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Services.

2. Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, methodologies, tools, assessments, reports, applications, language, graphics, logos, text, designs, and related materials made available through NeuroSpark+ are protected intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Human Capacity Design™
Visibility Engine™
Know Your Audience™ (KYA)
Capacity Reflection™
Outcome Design Studio™
Access to the Services does not grant ownership or licensing rights to any NeuroSpark+ intellectual property.
No portion of the Services may be reproduced, distributed, adapted, taught, licensed, commercialized, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission.
3. User Submissions
You may voluntarily provide information through forms, assessments, applications, surveys, feedback, or other interactions.
You retain ownership of information you submit.
By submitting information, you grant NeuroSpark+ permission to use that information for the purpose of providing requested services, generating outputs, improving offerings, conducting research using aggregated or de-identified data, and communicating with you regarding your engagement.
NeuroSpark+ will not publicly disclose identifiable information without permission unless required by law.
4. Assessments, Reports, and Generated Outputs
NeuroSpark+ tools, methodologies, assessments, reports, executive briefs, applications, and generated outputs are intended for educational, informational, strategic, and design purposes.
These outputs:
Are not medical, psychological, legal, educational, financial, or therapeutic advice
Do not constitute diagnosis or treatment
Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decision-making
Users remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.
5. No Professional Relationship
Accessing the Site, using a NeuroSpark+ tool, receiving a report, attending a presentation, or engaging with content does not establish a consulting, coaching, therapeutic, medical, legal, or professional-client relationship unless explicitly agreed to in writing.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
NeuroSpark+ makes no guarantees regarding:

Completeness
Availability
Suitability for a particular purpose
Future outcomes or results
